In Phuket, I once asked my masseuse out of curiosity whether she had ever had a woman ask for a happy ending. To my surprise, she said yes. Although she doesn't provide that service herself, her colleague is happy to offer it. Consequently, the customer booked her colleague immediately, causing her to lose a regular client.
