The next morning I head to the shopping center where there is a little washing and cleaning service, quite expensive but my clean smalls were running out.  I then take a walk around the city center and head back to the Irish pub.

I have a big breakfast in the Irish pub and head to the end of Deribasovskaya Street.  Its a lovely day and I want to hire a taxi to the Odessa coast – a resort called Arkadia, AKA – The jewel of the black sea. The most popular resort on the black sea.  The taxi driver quotes me 80 Hryvnia.  It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to drive down to Arkadia.

I arrive at Arkadia and  walk down a pedestranised promenade to the beach area and where all the nightclubs are.

Lots of holiday-makers about.  Much the same as any holiday resort really.  A few sexy girls dotted in amongst all the not so beautiful people.   Its hot and I sit in a bar and have a few beers and just people watch.  I was not dressed for sunbathing or skinny dipping in the sea.

With Itaka apparently catering for the more maturer crowd and Ibiza the younger.  The general mongering grapevine is working girls can be found in both nightclubs but they can be hard to spot amongst all the non-mongering clubbers.

They can be very expensive too, like up too 300 euros and are fond of drinking champagne on you.  Nothing new there then,  I had no intention of falling for such honey traps, no I was hoping to pick one off of the sidelines or something.
