Back on the home front, work has been going well for me, we are bucking the trend and making some money during the credit crunch and financial crisis. Come the month of May and I received a nice bonus and that same weekend im busy online planning my next sex mongering tour. Where will it be?

After my mongering trip into western europe earlier the same year I decided to visit deeper into Eastern Europe centering around Bucharest in Romania. What I have not been missing is long haul flights. I decided to fly into Budapest Hungary with EasyJet and then fly onto Bucharest with Malev. From Bucharest I would fly to Odessa and spend the remainder of my sex vacation there. I have always wanted to visit these places as a tourist but hopefully with some sex thrown in too.

I did look at doing this journey via rail from Budapest to Bucharest with a stopover at Timisoara and then to Constanta via Bucharest and then a ferry across the black sea to the port of Odessa. But it seems no such tourist infrastructure exists in Romania at least not yet. A overnight train journey would be 16 hours. Fuck it! I would just fly everywhere.

Researching the sex travel forums suggested that mongering in these countries was not in your face and required a different approach. I mean these destinations are not your classic P4P spots like Pattaya in Thailand. They do not attract the mongering hoades of sex tourists. But it would seem once you scratch the service there is some sex to be had and hopefully with some quality girls. In a nutshell I called it the Eastern Promise tour. Spending the first 3 nights in Budapest.

Research also suggested that Budapest could be very expensive for the naive tourist with scams including:

Rip off taxi drivers taking you to places where they get commission, not where you wanted to go.
Clubs that give you an extortionate bill that you cannot afford to pay and then bouncers march you to the ATM and empty your account.
Pairs of girls on Vaci Utca taking you to expensive restaurants and ordering the most expensive items and then doing a runner.

Travel Lite

I would be flying around alot this trip and was a bit paranoid about lost luggage as that had happened to me before on a trip to Sofia in Bulgaria . So decided to go for hand-luggage only. Different airlines have different size weight restrictions on hand luggage.

Generally though the size dimensions fall into (55 x 25 x 35 cm) and with the right case you will be amazed at what you can fit in. You also have the 100ml bottle restriction for your tolietries, but these can be purchased from many department stores, I got mine from Boots who also stock many items in 100ml versions.

With Malev I had to stay within a 10kg weight restriction also. But no one anywhere was enforcing this rule. In fact people were getting on the planes with bags all shapes and sizes. So this is not really enforced although you could be unlucky so best to be safe than sorry.

Another great thing about hand luggage only is with many airlines you can check-in online and can give those big queues a miss. I recommend the following case – Samsonite Aeris Comfort Upright 55cm. This case is great because when bringing girls back to your room, you can just throw your valuables in while they are taking a shower as it has a built in combination lock.

Money Matters

For this trip also I had a Nationwide Visa and a Caxton Mastercard. Distributed my spending money across the two. Big advantage with these is there are no charges and cannot spend what you have not loaded up. Plus when abroad they do not block the cards which can happen on normal debit/credit cards at the worst of times.

Budapest Apartment.

This would be the first trip I would exclusively use city center apartments. My research suggested this was the best way to monger in these eastern European countries and using the local visiting escort services. Using escorts abroad was also going to be a first for me. For Budapest I used EuropeNetHotels to book my apartment. With the apartment being on Király utca right in the city center and with the street having a few sex clubs like Halos and plenty of cafe’s bars and restaurants. A great thing about apartments is you can stock up from the local supermarkets and make your own coffee toast etc without keep having to pop out all the time. But a fried egg sandwich was going to be the limit of my cooking.

Budapest Arrival.

So I was all set. I arrived in Budapest around 8pm and had arranged a representative to pick me up and take me to my apartment. Took some cash out of an ATM at the airport and checked into my apartment. It was very warm outside and seems I had packed the right clothing. One disappointing fact was that I could not dial out on the phone in the room – A phone is essential if your going to spend some time ringing around escorts. So would have to use my own mobile to contact the escorts, this was not a bad option as during the month of August Vodafone was not charging any extra for calling from abroad. The apartment had wireless for using my Netbook. My netbook also had a sim card for connecting to the internet in case I should find myself somewhere where wireless was not available – again essential for browsing the local escorts sites.

I had a pretty loose plan of how I was going to spend my 3 nights and 2 days in Budapest. Again my expectations were not too high, but I had already fallen in love with a couple of the girls on the escorts sites and sub-consciously was looking forward to some of these visiting my apartment.
My first stop was going to be the Old Mans pub about a 5 minute walk from where I was staying along Király utca then down Akácfa.

This place is suppose to have some semi-pros and freelancers operating inside. Eventually I found it and there was a couple of large bouncers on the door outside. Not many inside, the barmaids was nice though and they told me it livened up around midnight and usually kept going until 4am in the morning. It was nice to have a couple of pints and very dark and comfy inside. As it was early I left there and entered a few more bars a stones throw from the Old Mans pub.

Eventually I end up on Blaha Lujza square. Alot of tramps and down and outs sat around here drinking their spirits but it seems they are used to tourists and leave you alone.

Also supposed to be a few street walkers around mostly gypsy girls( Yes, I was still under that gypsy spell) but in the square I did not notice any. I was killing time and now headed back to the Old Mans Pub. I was approached by a reasonably attractive gypsy girl along Akácfa who invited herself back to my apartment but I declined. I think she quoted me around 10,000 forent approx 50USD. She was not attractive enough and looked like she took drugs and did not want to commit myself yet.

There was now more people inside the Old Mans pub, but not that many more, A few older women sat around but nothing that interested me. By now I was tired and feeling a little heavy from the beer I had a couple of shorts and then headed back to my apartment for a good nights sleep all alone.

In the morning I would investigate the main tourist drag around vaci utca where many scams abound apparently. So far mongering P4P was definitely not in your face at least not on a mid week night but I must say some of the Hungarian women are very beautiful, long dark hair and piecing brown eyes and figures to match. Yes I would definitely like to fuck some of these please. I could have rung some escorts at this stage but thought I would save that along with a visit to some of the recommended strip clubs and peep shows within Budapest.
