Mongering in Sihanoukeville Cambodia

Ghost Town
Yes will definitely visit Phnom Penh again, to visit some more of the bars I did not get a chance to see. I have had two good days of sunshine here at Sihanoukeville AKA Kompong Som. The journey via mini bus from Phnom Penh to Sihanoukeville took about 4 hours. It was just OK. All seats taken, mostly traveller types.

My first night here, a moto-driver took me to three ‘houses’ with girls in them. The first up some very bumpy road, with many massage places at the bottom and the house with girls at the top.

The girls here were Vietnamese, they were young, I mean some I could not put much over 16, but also very cute. I sat and had a can of bear with them, but decided to leave. At this stage just wanted to see what was on offer.

The next house, some way off from the other, down a dark dust road. Here I sat in a comfy room, leather sofas, tv, and about 5 girls come in, but quality not good. I was about to leave, when they ask would I like to see some younger girls, but these I cannot take back to hotel. Ok, as the other 5 were in there mid-20s, thought these might be 18-20. They must have been 13 and 14. They were very very cute and looked quite happy about the situation. But this is one limit I will not cross. So I said thanks but no-thanks. The guy tells me all the best girls already been taken back to hotels, so need to get there earlier.

The next house again some cute Vietnamese girls, about 20, well developed, One girl I liked here very much, prices quoted were $20 short time and $50 long time. I decided to go home alone.

The next day I spend on the private Sokha beach as I am staying in the Sokha beach resort as the Golden Sands was fully booked. Expensive but very nice inside. Im told ok to bring girl back. I visit some of the public beaches in the day like Ochheuteal, where like Pattaya and places, you get hassled all day by people trying to sell you their wares. The beaches here are quite beautiful and the sea very clean.

That night I go into the downtown area, Angkor arms, Marvin and Fishermens Den. In the Marvin about 5 girls sitting on a sofa watching tv, I sit opposite them and switch on a fan as hot! They not even look over at me. No one else in the bar. The town is empty. I feel a thud against my head, with a split second reaction, swipe a huge cockroach off my head. The girls laugh now and say “Ha ha, cockroach, like you”

I go over to Fishermens den, no one over here either, talk to 3 girls working in there for a while and just go back to hotel to sleep. From a mongers point of view, not to impressed with Sihanoukeville so far, but the beaches are the best.

But tonight for $5 moto-driver going to take me to chicken farm/disco in the port area and them may investigate the bars down victory beach area. I think if I had not booked for 4 nights, I may have left early. But daytime relaxing on the beach is great. This place has real potential, maybe in 5 years time, if it remains politically stable here, this place could really blossom. I hope so, Cambodia needs it.

Monday morning will get the ferry boat to Koh Kong? This is the boarder crossing area with Thailand. May just keep travelling all the way to Pattaya. In Pattaya I know the score. Here it is a bit strange.

Well, Saturday, its cloudy and a few drops of rain. But still very relaxing just sitting on sokha beach, under the bamboo umbrella and decent recliners. This beach is private to Sokha residents, and I must be sharing with about 2 other people. Here im reading one of my books which I purchased very cheap at the PP market. “Off the rails in Phnom Penh”.

This book gives some insight into Cambodia, and reminds you it can be a dangerous place. Guns and power #1 here, money just a side-effect of this.

In the afternoon visit Omui street, realise this is one of the places moto driver take me on my fist night. Quality not good though. Moto driver then take me top of mountain to take some pics. As he pulled off, i fell off, and now have some burns and cuts on my ankle.

Then back down and i have a beer and suspicious looking hamburger in the Freedom Bar/hotel. Few girls in here and some French mongers. Again quality not good. I pass the happy pizza place and was tempted to try one of these, but carried on and decided to have a massage. $3 for 1hr dollars here. Girl starts to rub my cock and asks if I want massage here for another $6. But I decline, although horny now, do not want to release myself just yet. Massage not that good, had to remind her to do my back.

That night head down the port area, to the chicken farm. We stop at Bibas.

Inside full of Khymers and very very loud. Karaoke night, Cambodian pop songs!
You sit down here and they bring over a jug of beer and some food. Then a book with pics of girls in from which you choose. The ones I like have gone, mamasan brings one over for me. average. We sit and drink, she cannot speak English and the music is thumping. I want to go. But decide to finish my jug of beer. I then leave. Just too much for me in here.

The chicken ranch road is just like that “chicken ranch” little wooden shacks all on one side of a dirt track with massive puddles in the middle. Again the girls not up to my standards. Really a bit rough down here. I talk to one, and she want $10 dollars, where she suck and fuck really good, if not cum, not pay. But little fella not interested.

My motto driver is as thick as shit, does not understand my request to take me to quality ladies. They are happy for you to sit on the back of their motos and then dont really care where they take you. One time I had to get map out to show him where, still not understand so I direct him.
I just go back to hotel. Now not shot my load since PP. The quality here sucks. I might be giving Koh Kong a miss now. Just get on the bus back into Thailand. If I had more money, I would head back to PP. They understand quality there. Oh well, my last day and night here today. Maybe I will get lucky.

Yum Yum
Today I visit Victory beach and take a walk upto the budget weather top hill. don’t be fooled by a place called the Boom Boom room in the Candy map. As it sells CDs etc.

Nice weather again today and this is the best place to watch the sunset. I agree with a young girl of 16 she can make me some bracelets. She tell me she has no boyfriend. Maybe in a year or two she will get engaged to gentleman. Her mum will choose for her. Very sweet.

Some very eloquent traveller types here, I suspect they need to find scenery that matches their own beauty. Also some meditating hippies and a few whacked out junkies. Ganga is freely available here.

That night I head back up to the Omui road area. A place where many Vietnam girls work. By now im now getting over the poor conditions and the simple contrast that is the luxury of my hotel and the poverty of the downtown area.
Any case, choose two Vietnam girls, about 19, 10$ each for 1hr in small room within the enclosure. Here you can also have a can of beer for $1. They going to “Yum Yum” me good. They both running there tongues up and down, one very good, the other not so. Eventually i begin to cum, and they stop and I stop cumming. Oh well only $20.
After I had a meal in the Holy Cow, western food here and very good quality. Recommend this place for eating if your ever out this way. But if mongering is your priority and you like some quality, then give it a miss, stick to PP.

Today i head into Koh Kong, by ferry, leaves at 12 midday. So should arrive at about 4pm. Not sure if im going to spend a night here or get across the border, into Trat and then onto Rayong, Pattaya and back to Bangkok. Im hoping I can change some dollars up into Baht in Koh Kong, if I decide to stay there. All depends on the bus times too.

Holiday in Cambodia
Joined the ferry down the port area at 12pm. Funny old boat, could do with some serious maintenance. But we chug off. Stop half-way at some island and then onto Koh Kong. Agree with a woman on the boat, selling food and drink, to take taxi with her to border.

Getting out of the boat at Koh Kong is a nightmare. Neally 5pm and the border closes at 8pm. Already decided not going to stay here. Hoping to dedicate this day to travelling and carry on all the way to Pattaya. I am in serious need of some quality pussy and some quantity.

Anyway once you come out of the boat hatch at Koh Kong you are surrounded by moto drivers wanting to take you to wherever. As you touch land they swarm around you. Almost snatching your bags etc, forcing you to come with them. It was like being in a very strong current, being swept away.. eventually woman rescues me. Where I sit in the back of the van with other western traveller types.

Eventually we hit the border, where i change up my last $59 for 2224B. Then again into a taxi-van with 8 other travellers to Trat, for 120B. Cost of van is 1000B and can take upto 10 people.

Arrive in Trat 1 hour later, now about 8pm. No buses to Pattaya, but late night one to Bangkok. Taxi from here is 2200B. I decide to stay the night in the pop huts guest-house very nice here. room for 200B.

Could not find any woman here though during the night. I did see another traveller taking a woman back to his room though. He seemed to know the place well though. God I am horny as hell!

So there ends my adventure in Cambodia. Or as the dead Kennedy once sang “Holiday in Cambodia” back in the 70′s where you simply could not do that and now you can. I will be returning, probably limiting my trip to Phnom Penh though. Apparently there is a battle going on at the moment, for what happens to Sihanoukeville, one group want to turn it into a sexy gogo paradise, I hope they win!

When i was in Sihanoukeville staying at the Sokha, you would kind of feel a little awkward bringing a girl back as many ‘respectable’ people staying there, some families also, although mostly Asian. But that said, was told it was fine to bring girls back, and there were some residents there with obviously bar-girls. So not a problem.

The best moto drivers are the ones that seem to be working at the major transit points, airport and bus stations. These are usually more mature and speak better English and are simply much more business minded. The younger ones outside bars and hotel are more ‘joy riders’ and dont know shit. Avoid them if you can.
